About the Role
Eastwood International School is seeking a creative, motivated Junior Designer to join our growing creative and communications team. In this hybrid role, you’ll contribute to the school’s brand presence across digital, print, and social platforms, collaborating with departments across our main campus and sister schools.
Key Responsibilities
Design digital and print assets (social media, newsletters, marketing collateral, signage, presentations, etc.)
Collaborate with senior designers, marketers, and leadership on creative briefs and branding campaigns
Support website design and content updates using tools like Squarespace or Canva
Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints
Prepare assets for print production and digital delivery
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, 1-3 years professional experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva
Basic knowledge of web design and UX/UI tools is an advantage
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work
Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
Comfortable with hybrid work: 1–2 days/week on campus
Senior Project Manager

About the Role
Eastwood International School is seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven experience in business operations, strategic execution, and cross-functional team leadership. This role will support key initiatives across Eastwood and its sister schools in Baghdad and Jeddah, requiring regional travel and close collaboration with leadership across campuses.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in business project management, ideally with experience in the education sector, who can oversee and streamline the execution of strategic goals across campuses.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of strategic projects across campuses in Beirut, Baghdad, and Jeddah
Coordinate between academic, business, and administrative stakeholders
Develop project plans, set KPIs, and manage budgets and timelines
Facilitate cross-campus communication, reporting, and decision-making
Identify and solve operational inefficiencies; ensure scalable and repeatable workflows
Oversee vendors, contractors, or third-party service providers where applicable
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education Management, or a related field (MBA or Master’s in Education is a plus)
5–7 years of experience in project management, operations, or strategic planning
Experience working across multiple locations or managing remote/regional teams
Familiarity with the education industry and/or international school operations is highly desirable
Proficiency in project management software (Asana, Monday.com, Trello, etc.)
Proficiency in Arabic language, both written and oral.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across cultures
Willingness to travel regularly to Baghdad and/or Jeddah as needed
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus

About the Role
Eastwood International School is hiring a Junior Administrative Assistant to support its executive and administrative functions. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a desire to grow within a dynamic school environment.
You will work closely with the Senior Executive Assistant and leadership team, helping manage schedules, documents, correspondence, and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily administrative support to the Senior Executive Assistant and school leadership
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, note-taking, and follow-ups
Maintain filing systems, databases, and confidential records
Draft internal and external communication (emails, letters, memos)
Coordinate logistics for school events, travel, and visitors
Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth information flow
Handle office tasks such as ordering supplies, printing, organizing, and data entry
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Education, or Communications)
1–2 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); Arabic is a plus
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive) and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive or confidential information
